The staff when I arrived was wonderfully professional. I am not usually a fan of any of the Hilton hotels, but this one has started to change my mind. The breakfast that was provided was phenomenal. It was worth the stay just for that alone. This was by far the best complimentary continental breakfast I have ever had a hotel.

The attitude of the staff was wonderful, especially Clara, in the kitchen that was scrambling eggs and frying potatoes for a college soccer team. Breakfast went offwithout a shortage of any item. Good problem solving and customer service! Walking distance to great restaurants (we recommend Dizzys) and the Clinton Library - a must see.

There was no hot water throughout my entire stay. The manager was not available for the entire time. The front desk staff tried their best to be accomodating however only so much they could of done. In addition, furniture in room 206 looks run down

When we got there, the lady at the desk, Erika, was so nice. She assured we got our room and had given us details about the hotel's accommodations, as well as, informed us of the places that may suit us within walking distance from the hotel. We had an awesome stay because of her recommendations.
